You will be submitting your PPP application to our processing partner Prime Commercial Lending. Further, you will direct all further questions and correspondence regarding your application to Prime Commercial Lending as well. They will be your point of contact from this point forward.

Have the following documents ready for upload when contacted by our partner Prime Commercial Lending. You'll likely need::

• COLOR copy of driver’s license FRONT & BACK
• Past 4 quarters IRS 941 forms
• MOST RECENT business tax return (If 2019 is not available, then a 2019 P&L statement will be needed)
• 2020 YTD profit and loss statement
• Detailed payroll report for each employee
• VOIDED business check
